The AIM Method®

A one-on-one mentoring program, usually 12 to 24 weeks, for high performers who want their success to support the life they're building, not replace it.

Your first step is free

  1. We look honestly at where you are today
  2. We find your biggest Alignment Gap
  3. You leave with your first intentional step
45 minutes, one-on-one with Bert. No pressure, no sales pitch.

Achievement and success can quietly become two different things.

You keep climbing. Each promotion makes sense. Each yes is reasonable. But nobody asks the question underneath it: more, for what?

So the career gets your best hours, your family gets what's left, and your identity becomes your title. I call it the Success Trap. From the outside, everything looks right. From the inside, something doesn't.

The AIM Method isn't about doing less or quitting. It's about pointing your ambition at a life you actually want.

Three stages, in order

Align

We look honestly at what's happening now. You score career, health, relationships, personal growth and purpose, and we find your Alignment Gap: the distance between what you say matters and where your time actually goes.

Understand what matters to you, and where your career is out of alignment.

Intend

We design the next chapter on purpose. What do you want your career to make possible? What does enough look like? Which opportunities fit, and which ones only look good on paper?

A clear vision for the future you want to build.

Master

We turn the plan into habits, boundaries and systems that hold up under real pressure, so you can keep running the process after we finish.

The habits, boundaries and systems to create success on your own terms.

Questions people ask

Do I have to quit my job?

No. The AIM Method helps you make your career work for your life, not walk away from it.

I don't have time for this.

That's usually the clearest sign you need it. The program is built for people with demanding roles, and the work happens in your real week.

Is this therapy?

No. It's practical, structured mentoring from someone who's lived the corporate life you're living. If you need clinical support, I'll tell you and help you find the right person.

How long is the program?

Usually 12 to 24 weeks, depending on where you're starting and what you want to change. We'll talk about what makes sense for you on the Clarity Session.

Is it confidential?

Yes. What we discuss stays between us, in line with professional coaching ethics, except where disclosure is required by law.

What happens on the Clarity Session?

We look at where you are, find your biggest gap, and map your first intentional step. If AIM is a fit, I'll explain how it works. If it's not, you'll still leave with clarity.

He approached our conversations with empathy, honesty, and perspective, sharing his own experiences navigating the pressures and stress of corporate life.
